Dosage: usually the dosage in the ladle is 1.1-1.3%, which is adjusted by the foundry according to smelting method, molten iron sulfur, treatment temperature, mold conditions, casting wall thickness, final composition analysis, etc.
Performance: in perseverance plant, the spheroidizing agent is strictly controlled in production engineering, and is pressed into thin slab during casting. Such product structure is very fine and segregation during solidification is avoided, so as to ensure the consistency of components of products with different particle sizes.
Grain size: standard grain size is 3-15mm, 5-25mm, 5-30mm. Different granularity can be provided according to the requirements of customers.
Packing: packed in 25kg plastic bag. Plus 500kg, 1000kg ton bag woven bag. The export product ton bag is wrapped with winding film.
